Coverlay Production, Inc. originated in Denver, Colorado in 1982 and incorporated as Import Automobile Items, Ltd., a Colorado Company. Our original purpose, at enough time of incorporation, was to import aftermarket auto system sections from Taiwan and Italy and promote them to system shops during the Denver location. During the spring of 1982, we
